Annual base Salary of £29,500 per annum
37.5-hour weeks!
Monday to Friday working hours, 8.30pm-4.30pm. My client is very flexible, you can also work 8-4 or 9-5.
Full time, permanent position from day one.
20 days leave + Bank holidays + Christmas off.

THE BUSINESS
Our client is a highly reputable home improvements business who continue to go from strength to strength. Due to continual growth, they seek to appoint an Customer service professional on a permanent basis.
THE ROLE
Coordinate day‑to‑day project activities and maintain accurate schedules
- Make introduction calls and provide ongoing customer updates
- Handle incoming enquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Prepare and issue project documentation
- Arrange and monitor remedial or follow‑up work
- Support general administration across the team
THE PERSON
- Confident communicator with a professional manner
- Experience in coordination, scheduling or administration (preferred)
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Positive, customer‑focused attitude
