Exciting opportunity to join our Customer Contact Team here at Public Sector Partnership Services!

PSPS are recruiting Customer Contact Assistants to join our well-established team, supporting changes to local councils’ waste services as part of our busy contact centre.

This role will be based at one of our offices in Horncastle or Spalding on a 9-month contract, starting on 7th September.

It is expected however, that you will be able to organise own travel to attend PSPS offices and other worksites when required to do so.

As a Customer Contact Assistant, you will provide an efficient, effective and customer-focused first point of contact for customers who contact us via methods such as telephone, email, post, web chat or face to face, spanning across our three client council districts. You will provide customers with a knowledgeable and professional service supporting upcoming changes to waste services. You will ensure that all contacts are managed in an efficient, caring manner and that excellent customer service is delivered.

What you will need:

  • Hold Grade C (4) or above (or equivalent) in English and Maths and be competent in using Microsoft Office packages.
  • Previous experience working in a customer focused environment and dealing with customer complaints or service requests
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail when following processes.
