Customer Experience Advisor

Zenith are proud to be working with one of the UK's leading renewable energy suppliers who are looking for a Customer Experience Advisor to join their award-winning Customer Experience Team.

As a Customer Experience Advisor, you will be at the heart of delivering safe, respectful and life-enhancing customer experiences in occupied social housing.

Responsibilities:

• To support and deliver on the companies’ community commitment under Social Value and Support on training and employment initiatives.
• Support with all access to allow delivery of all works.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, providing clear timely information about project plans, timelines and progress.
• Provide ongoing support to residents throughout the project.

Requirements:

• Housing, construction or sustainability experience.
• Must have a full UK driving license.
• Experience working within a customer facing role.
• Ability to deal with complex queries in a timely and professional manner.
