• Handle customer queries through agreed service channels and provide clear, accurate responses.
• Keep customers updated on the progress of their requests, helping to maintain a smooth experience.
• Record customer interactions accurately so that information is easy to access and follow.
• Investigate customer issues and work with relevant colleagues to reach a practical resolution.
• Manage customer cases from initial contact through to completion, ensuring actions are followed up.
• Provide helpful information on services and processes to support customers with their enquiries.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and share feedback to help improve day-to-day service.

A successful 'Customer Experience Consultant' should have:

• Experience of handling customer enquiries in a customer service setting.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers through appropriate service channels.
• Confidence in investigating queries and following actions through to resolution.

Job Offer

• Fixed-term contract.
• Salary of £25,200 to £30,800, dependent on the level of experience.
