Customer Key Account Coordinator

The role is responsible for ensuring key account customers receive a consistently high standard of support through the effective management of customer communications, reporting, quotations, compliance requirements and follow-up actions. Working closely with Service Coordinators and internal teams, the role also supports the timely processing and invoicing of completed works, ensuring customer queries are responded to promptly and contractual commitments are consistently met.

-Ensure Key Account Compliance

-Monitor Engineer Performance & Job Quality

-Process Key Account Administration

-Support Invoicing & Job Completion

-Collaborate Across Service Teams

-Manage Engineer Documentation

-Coordinate Customer Communications

-Support Business Growth & Maintenance Contracts

-Monitor Maintenance Scheduling

-Provide Management Reporting & Data Analysis

To apply you must be used to working in a busy environment and must be able to be a reliable and assertive member of a busy operational team. It's also expected that the candidate will have good understanding of commonly used Microsoft office applications.

Hours - 39 hours a week, Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5pm & Friday 8.30pm - 4pm.
