Your future role:
To ensure all customer enquiries, quotations and orders are processed using the ALSTOM Electronics business systems to a high standard of right first time and efficiency. Close liaison with planning, manufacturing, engineering and sales to support high overall standards of customer service is required. Provide fast resolutions for any service-effecting issues and raise overall standards in customer focus.
We'll look to you for:

Responsibility for ensuring all Customer enquiries, quotes and orders are processed on business systems right first time and in line with Customer requirements.

Responsible for communication of any customer concerns.

Main point of contact’ for general customer enquiries.

Ensure all visitors and customers to ALSTOM Electronics receive a high service level.

Support business in general administration duties as required in an efficient, effective and professional manner.

To adhere to deadlines & targets set by Operations Manager. Report all HR/HSE issues.

Establish good working relationships with assembly teams, sales, purchasing, and other key members of the business.

Ensure KPI targets for delivery and service levels are consistently achieved.

Ensure full compliance with ALSTOM quality standards.

A good understanding of administration, order coordination, planning, MS Office, MRP and quality systems is required.

Experience within a relevant manufacturing environment, using latest business and office computer systems.

Education to Diploma level in business administration / Sales coordination.

The individual must be well organised, disciplined, logical thinking, self-motivated, team player, able to communicate at all levels and above all be highly “innovative” in delivering high standards in processing customer orders and general administration work.
