An exciting opportunity has arisen for 3 Customer Service Advisors to join a busy and expanding Sales Office team in High Wycombe.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous customer service, office administration or call centre experience who is looking for a long-term career with a growing company.
Full training will be provided, including training on the specialist products and services.
The Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be a key point of contact for customers, handling enquiries via telephone and email and ensuring orders and installation requirements are processed accurately and efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include:
Responding to customer enquiries by telephone and email.
Identifying customer requirements and preparing quotations.
Processing customer orders and booking installation jobs across multiple depots.
Processing customer payments and following up outstanding purchase orders.
Supporting invoicing and customer returns.
Dealing with customer queries and resolving issues professionally.
Maintaining accurate records and completing office reports.
Carrying out general administration as required.
Working closely with sales, operations, distribution and installation teams.
Meeting deadlines and ensuring a high level of customer service at all times.
About You
We are looking for someone who is professional, enthusiastic and customer-focused, with excellent communication and organisational skills.
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience in customer service, office administration or a call centre environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- The ability to work accurately to deadlines.
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- A positive and proactive approach.
- The confidence to communicate with customers and colleagues across different departments.
- A genuine desire to develop and build a long-term career.
Industry experience is not required - full training will be provided.
