Key Responsibilities

  • Handling customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional manner
  • Processing orders, requests, and general administration accurately
  • Updating internal systems and maintaining customer records
  • Liaising with internal departments to resolve queries efficiently
  • Supporting the wider team with day-to-day admin duties
  • Ensuring customers receive a positive and helpful service at all times

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous customer service or administration experience
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and internal systems
  • Able to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • A positive, professional, and team-focused attitude
