Key Responsibilities
- Handling customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional manner
- Processing orders, requests, and general administration accurately
- Updating internal systems and maintaining customer records
- Liaising with internal departments to resolve queries efficiently
- Supporting the wider team with day-to-day admin duties
- Ensuring customers receive a positive and helpful service at all times
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous customer service or administration experience
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and internal systems
- Able to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- A positive, professional, and team-focused attitude
