Salary: £25,000 per annum
Hours: 9:00 - 17:00 Monday - Friday
Type: Fixed term contract (maternity cover for 9 months, potentially with extension)

Our client, a leading- advanced manufacturing company is looking to recruit and experienced Customer Service Administrator (team of six); this is an onsite role and listed as 9 months fixed term contract initially, with the possibility to be extended.
The Role:
• Answer and manage incoming telephone calls in a professional and helpful manner.
• Monitor and respond to emails promptly.
• Maintain accurate and well-organised sales documentation and records.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide appropriate information or assistance where required.
• Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers.
• Compile and collate management information and reports as required.
• Process sales orders, purchase orders and quotations accurately and efficiently.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the wider team as needed.
• Carry out additional duties and tasks to support the smooth running of the department and wider business.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and follow reasonable instructions from your line manager.
The Person:
• Professional and confident telephone manner.
• Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role.
• Strong attention to accuracy, particularly when entering and maintaining data.
• Able to work independently, use initiative and manage tasks effectively.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Well organised, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
• Calm and professional approach when working to deadlines or under pressure.
• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly:
• Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft Word
• A good general knowledge of UK geography and locations.
