We are recruiting an experienced Administrator to join a global company ​for an ongoing temporary basis for 3-6 months, based at their Birmingham office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with outstanding attention to detail, strong IT skills, and excellent communication abilities who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

You'll play a key role in supporting the Service Coordinators during a busy period by managing a backlog of customer service tickets and ensuring work is allocated efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Service Coordinators.
  • Manage and triage customer service tickets, assigning them to the correct department.
  • Respond to straightforward customer enquiries via email and internal systems.
  • Accurately enter and update data on the company's in-house system.
  • Close completed cases and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure all work is completed accurately and within agreed timescales.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Previous administration experience in a busy office environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong IT skills, including confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems quickly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to prioritise a varied workload and work independently.
  • A proactive approach with excellent organisational skills.
  • Customer service experience would be an advantage.
