Customer Service Administrator

I am recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator to join a business on a temporary 4 month basis.

You will work within internal sales and the commercial team to further develop the profitable sales of Gradient solutions and products to defined customer trade sectors.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES WITHIN THE ROLE-

· Main point of contact for incoming Customer emails & requests - acting as a filter for customers’ requests around pricing, service & complaints where appropriate, with support from the management teams

· To provide customer quotations including the preparation of quotes for bespoke products with support from the commercial team as required

· Timely processing of PODs and invoice requests.

· Continuous improvement of Gradient sales processes and procedures

· Consistent working approach in line within company values

· Assist with the initial enquiry of projects and booking in projects using MS Teams and the CRM system.

Previous customer service skills and experience required, you must be a confident communicator and be confident on Microsoft packages including Excel.

Previous experience using CRM systems are required too.

Hours for the role are Monday- Friday 9am- 5pm.
