Talent-UK are recruiting for a full time, permanent Customer Service Advisor for a client in Batley.
£26 - £27k basic with opportunity of an additional annual bonus
Monday - Friday - 9am - 5pm

As a Customer Service Advisor, we want you to bring your skills, knowledge and previous experience to the team. You'll need to demonstrate your experience whilst dealing with our customers

They are a small friendly busy team with a positive can-do attitude.
This is a non customer facing role working in the expanding head office based in Batley, West Yorkshire.

Duties 
  • Being the first point of contact to all new or existing customers, either over the phone or via email. (There is no face to face)
  • Dealing with a wide range of enquiries from pre sales, chasing orders, dealing with complaints, escalations to after sales.
  • Liaising with internal departments in order to resolve all customer queries fast and efficiently.
  • ​Liaise with third party suppliers/courier to resolve all customer queries fast and efficiently.
  • Chasing delieveries
  • Arranging transport
  • Element of administration to the role, updating systems, maintaining customer details and accounts.
  • Complaint handling
Skills required
  • Previous office experience
  • Sales experience is an advantage
  • Inbound calls and emails in a similar role would be ideally suited to the position
  • Online Web Chat - Advantage but not essential as training will be provided
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Computer literate
  • Good numerical skills and attention to detail,
  • CRM experience an advantage
  • Zendesk Experience an advantage
  • You will have the ability to listen and to think on your feet,
  • You will enjoy working in a small, friendly team and be approachable in nature
  • A can-do attitude
