We aree looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service professional to join a growing business in Maesteg
In this varied role, you'll be the main point of contact for customers, managing enquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, and working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey from enquiry through to delivery.
The Role
- Prepare quotations and process customer orders accurately.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide updates on orders and deliveries.
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service.
- Liaise with sales, production, and logistics to meet customer requirements.
- Provide product and pricing information.
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems.
- Identify opportunities to support sales and business growth.
The Person
- Experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, Internal Sales, Account Management, or Order Processing.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- A proactive approach with excellent attention to detail.
- Positive, adaptable, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
Experience within manufacturing, engineering, or distribution would be an advantage, but full product training will be provided.
