The Role:
- Making outbound calls to existing members to support renewals and retention.
- Providing excellent customer service and handling enquiries professionally.
- Promoting the benefits and services available to members.
- Maintaining accurate records and updating databases.
- Working towards individual and team targets.
- Liaising with internal departments to resolve account queries.
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Functional Skills in English and Maths as a minimum.
