£13.09 per hour

Temporary with potential to be made permanent after 12 successful weeks

Are you a confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people and thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for enthusiastic and resilient Customer Service Advisors to join our client's friendly and supportive team in Corby.

This is a role which involves back-to-back calls, so you'll spend much of your day speaking with customers, building rapport, providing outstanding service and achieving positive outcomes. What You'll Be Doing
  • Taking high volumes of inbound calls.
  • Building positive relationships through professional and engaging conversations.
  • Managing customer enquiries and resolving issues efficiently and empathetically.
  • Accurately updating customer information on the CRM system.
  • Delivering excellent customer service on every call.
  • Working towards individual and team performance targets while maintaining quality standards.
 

What We're Looking For
  • Previous customer service experience (contact centre, retail, hospitality or office-based roles all considered).
  • Confident and professional telephone manner.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A positive attitude with strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Driving License is advantageous
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume calling environment.
  • Good computer skills with a minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute (typing assessment forms part of the recruitment process).
  • Self-motivated, resilient and eager to learn.
  • A genuine team player with a strong work ethic.
