• Handle customer enquiries via telephone, email and live chat.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Resolve customer queries and issues efficiently, escalating where necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Build positive relationships with customers and provide a consistently high standard of service.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve customer service and performance targets.
• Use internal IT systems to manage customer information and enquiries.

• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive approach to challenging situations.
• Confident using IT systems and able to learn new software quickly.
• Customer-focused attitude with a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Positive, proactive and professional approach.
