Are you a customer-focused, organised and confident communicator who enjoys helping people and solving problems?

We’re looking for a Customer Service Co-ordinator to be a key point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service, resolving queries and finding effective solutions.

Working closely with customers and internal teams, you’ll help ensure issues are resolved efficiently while identifying opportunities to continuously improve the customer experience.

This is a varied role covering customer service, relationship management, communication, problem-solving and administration.

 

What You'll Be Doing

  • Providing a high level of customer service across inbound and outbound communications.
  • Building strong and positive relationships with customers.
  • Responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and customer-focused manner.
  • Handling complaints and working towards positive resolutions.
  • Identifying customer needs and providing appropriate solutions and support.
  • Working closely with internal teams and field-based managers to ensure customers receive the right level of support.
  • Supporting customer communications, promotions and service initiatives.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and information.
  • Producing accurate reports and supporting the team with customer and business data.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
  • Creating and maintaining clear processes and procedure documentation.
  • Supporting business projects and initiatives where required.
  • Working with key stakeholders across the business to ensure excellent customer service is delivered consistently.
