What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in customer service within a busy office environment (essential)
• Strong background in handling complaints and resolving issues
• Experience processing orders over the phone
• Adaptable and comfortable working with multiple products/services
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential due to location)
