Customer Service Advisor

Our client is currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to start at medical device company in Ilkeston, Derbyshire

In this role, you will support customers in resolving their issues efficiently with professionalism and in a timely manner

Your role will include:

Managing inbound and outbound customer calls.

Responding to customer enquiries via telephone, email and live chat.

Providing  advice and support

Processing customer orders

Maintaining accurate customer records using internal systems.

Liaising with technical departments to resolve customer queries efficiently.

Delivering an outstanding customer experience

This position:

18 month minimum contract

Monday – Friday

9am – 5pm
