Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Advisor, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing excellent customer service across multiple channels, including telephone, email, and live chat.
- Responding to customer enquiries promptly, professionally, and efficiently.
- Identifying customer needs and resolving issues with confidence and empathy.
- Developing a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and guidance.
- Maintaining clear and professional communication, both written and verbal.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to share knowledge, improve processes, and deliver exceptional service standards.
- Ensuring customer interactions are recorded accurately and in line with company procedures.
About You
We're looking for individuals who demonstrate:
- Previous customer service experience is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for helping customers and delivering a positive experience.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the confidence to make informed decisions.
- Good organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a busy, team-oriented environment.
- Competent IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
