Customer Service Advisor

We’re recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to earn £25,521.60 per annum.

Training is included to prepare you for this role.  

Customer Service Advisor role:  

Permanent, full-time Inbound Sales Advisor role. Handling inbound customer calls, providing excellent customer service, identifying customer needs, processing enquiries and supporting customers to a resolution. Building rapport, maintaining accurate records and working towards individual and team performance targets while following company procedures.

You will need:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Great verbal and written communication skills with a confident, friendly approach
• To place our customers at the heart of every interaction and be the voice of our customer
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Resilient, organised, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to prioritise workload across several work streams
• IT skills to be able to use Microsoft Office and our inhouse IT systems.

Customer Service Advisor pay:  

£25,521.60 per annum.
