The Role
We are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor. You'll handle both incoming and outgoing calls, resolving customer queries with professionalism and care. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position where your communication skills and attention to detail directly impact customer satisfaction.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM – 5:00 PM
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication skills and professional phone manner
- Keen eye for detail
- Ability to manage multiple queries efficiently
- Previous call centre experience (advantageous)
- Knowledge of compliance and legislation (advantageous)
