What will you be doing Customer Service Advisor?

What we're looking for
What's essential:

• Previous call handling or customer service experience.
• Good verbal communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
• The ability to listen to customer queries and respond clearly and appropriately.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to record information accurately and recognise when an issue needs to be escalated.

What's helpful but not essential:

• Experience handling a high volume of calls.
• Experience dealing with customer complaints, sensitive enquiries or incidents.
• Previous experience working in a rota-based customer service environment.

The Essentials

• Salary: £13.45 per hour
• Hours: Full-time, averaging 37.5 hours per week on a planned rota. Shifts vary between 8:00 am and 10:00 pm and may include evenings, nights, weekends and public holidays, depending on the service requirements.
