Location: Lowestoft / Melton (Remote with equipment collection required) Rate: £14.59 per hour PAYE Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 5:00pm Contract: 6 weeks initially Start Date: Immediate

We're looking for experienced Customer Service Advisors to join a busy customer contact team delivering high-quality support across a range of services.
This is primarily a remote role, although applicants must live within reasonable travelling distance of Lowestoft or Melton to collect and return IT equipment. Hybrid working is also available.

### The Role

You'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing a professional, efficient and friendly service across a variety of communication channels. You'll be responsible for resolving enquiries wherever possible, maintaining accurate records and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

### Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries via telephone, email and other communication channels.
  • Resolve customer queries at the first point of contact wherever possible.
  • Maintain accurate customer records using internal systems.
  • Provide clear, accurate information and advice.
  • Respond professionally to complaints and sensitive enquiries.
  • Work to service standards and performance targets.
  • Liaise with internal departments to resolve more complex issues.
  • Ensure all work is completed in line with GDPR and confidentiality requirements.

### About You

We're looking for someone who has:

Previous customer service or contact centre experience. Excellent communication and listening skills. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office. Accurate keyboard and data entry skills. The ability to remain calm under pressure. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Experience working with multiple systems and handling a high volume of enquiries. A positive, professional and customer-focused approach.

### Requirements

Must be able to collect and return equipment from either Lowestoft or Melton. Full pre-employment compliance, including references, is required. Immediate availability is highly desirable.
