Description

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be forefront of the business handling calls from customers supporting with a range of queries regarding the insurance services they have with the company!

You will be processing claims from start to finish booking medical appointments for members and providing the best support to each customer making sure each query is resolved to the highest standard.

Previous customer service experience this could be from a range of backgrounds such as retail/hospitality or care
