• Keep customers updated on the progress of their enquiry to ensure they know what will happen next.
• Work closely with the Operations Support Team Leader to manage customer requests effectively.
• Maintain a professional and helpful approach when handling customer concerns and feedback.
• Follow agreed customer service processes to provide a consistent experience across each interaction.

Profile

A successful 'Customer Service Advisor' should have:
