MMP Consultancy are seeking two experienced Customer Service Advisor's to work for a Social Housing Contractor, based in Harlow.


As a Customer Service Advisor specialising in damp and mould enquiries, you'll support tenants, log and track repairs, and coordinate inspections to ensure cases are resolved quickly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming damp & mould enquiries from tenants
  • Log repairs, complaints, and updates accurately
  • Coordinate inspections with surveyors and operatives
  • Monitor case progress and provide regular updates to residents
  • Escalate high‑priority or complex cases when required
  • Maintain clear, compliant records and case notes

Skills & Experience

  • Customer service experience (social housing/repairs preferred)
  • Understanding of damp & mould processes
  • Strong communication, organisation, and case management skills
  • Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Basic DBS required
