We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a busy and supportive team based in Burton on Trent.

  • £13.20 per hour
📌 Main Responsibilities
This role focuses on providing essential administrative and customer support within a fast-paced environment.
  • Handling customer support emails and direct communication with customers 
  • Filing and managing documents
  • Reporting and tracking delivery
  • Booking orders 
  • General admin duties
🧠 Skills Required
  • Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel
  • Customer service experience
  • Confident email communication
  • Good organisational and multitasking ability
  • Ability to work accurately in a busy environment
