📍 Location: Edinburgh City Centre
🕒Hours: Monday to Friday (Full time and Part Time)
💷 Pay Rate: £14.51 per hour
📅Duration: Temporary ongoing
🚀Start Date: Immediately
⭐ About the Role
Working within a busy Repairs Contact Centre, you'll be the first point of contact for customers reporting repair issues. You'll provide excellent customer service, accurately log information, liaise with internal teams and contractors, and keep customers updated on the progress of their repairs.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Handling inbound and outbound customer calls
- Logging repair requests and updating internal systems
- Liaising with internal teams and external contractors
- Providing updates and resolving customer queries
- Supporting the team with general administrative duties
- Previous customer service or call centre experience
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Strong IT and data entry skills
- A professional, organised approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
