Monday – Friday, 8am–5pm

Our client is a well-established specialist manufacturer and supplier, providing bespoke solutions to customers across a range of industries throughout the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Customer Service Coordinator to join their busy operations team.

This is a fast-paced role where customer service is key. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently and deliveries are coordinated smoothly.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing customer enquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner

  • Liaising with customers regarding delivery requirements and order updates

  • Coordinating with transport providers to arrange deliveries

  • Maintaining accurate records and updating reports

  • Using Microsoft Excel and internal systems to manage customer information

  • Supporting the wider team with administrative duties as required

     

What we're looking for:

  • Previous customer service experience

  • Excellent communication and telephone skills

  • Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel

  • A proactive and organised approach to work

  • Ability to work independently in a busy environment and manage multiple priorities
