About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Agent to join our Newcastle team. You will act as the first point of contact for Personal Loans account holders, delivering high-quality first-contact resolutions, handling inbound calls, and maintaining strict GDPR standards in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
Essential: Proven contact centre and inbound customer service experience.
Desirable: Financial services experience, personal loans knowledge, and CRM system familiarity.
