Red Recruitment is recruiting enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our client in TQ10 9GQ as a Customer Service Advisor.
You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries by phone and email, processing orders, resolving queries and delivering an excellent customer experience across a range of well-known client accounts.
This is a temporary contract with the potential to become permanent.
Benefits and Package for Customer Service Advisor:
- Salary: £12.71 Per Hour
- Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-6pm, Sat-Sun 9am-5pm (working one weekend day each week with a weekday off on a set rota)
- Contract: Temporary with potential to become permanent

Key Responsibilities of Customer Service Advisor:
- Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via telephone and email
- Process orders, enquiries and customer requests accurately and efficiently
- Take inbound calls in a friendly, professional and informative manner
- Make outbound calls to businesses and consumers when required
- Assist customers with product information, order queries and returns processes
- Escalate complex issues to the senior customer service team when appropriate
- Accurately update customer records and maintain the company database
- Complete a range of administrative tasks to support the customer service function
- Manage customer accounts from quotation through to payment follow-up
- Deliver excellent customer service while supporting a variety of client accounts
Key Skills and Experience of Customer Service Advisor:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional approach
- Ability to remain calm and organised under pressure
- Confident using Microsoft Office and other computer systems
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to prioritise and manage a varied workload
- A quality and service-focused attitude
- Previous customer service or contact centre experience is desirable
