Day to Day

  • Handling member complaints & retention opportunities
  • Investigating issues thoroughly and working with internal teams to find quick, effective solutions
  • Keeping member records up to date and ensuring accurate service delivery
  • Supporting members with account activations and bookings
  • Collaborating with Business Development & Credit Control teams to streamline processes
