We are working with a well-established international business based in Coalville. They are currently expanding their team due to a steady increase in demand and are looking for someone reliable and customer-focused to join their Customer Service & Sales Support department.
Reporting straight to the Sales Director, you will look after a specific portfolio of customer accounts. This isn’t a standard call-centre role; it’s a mix of account management, customer support, and essential day-to-day administration.
What You’ll Be Doing:-
Keeping on top of a shared customer inbox and replying to queries efficiently.

Coordinating product samples for clients and putting together competitive quotes.

Handing warm leads and successful quotes over to the internal sales team.

Keeping the CRM/database accurate and up to date.

Monitoring stock levels and pulling together basic reports for senior management.

Pitching in to help the wider team when things get busy.

Experience: A solid background in administration or customer service, ideally from a fast-paced environment.

Skills: Excellent communication skills, great attention to detail, and a comfortable working knowledge of CRMs/databases.

Attitude: A genuine team player who adapts well to change and takes pride in looking after customers.
