In the Fluent Welsh Customer Service Advisor role, you will be:
- Acting as the first point of contact for customers by telephone, email and letter, providing advice, guidance and support with a range of enquiries, including payments and account queries
- Speaking with customers to update personal information, carry out routine checks, and identify any additional support they may require
- Responding to maintenance and service requests, updating internal systems, raising work requests and coordinating follow-up actions
- Completing a variety of administration tasks, including updating customer records, processing compliance documentation and maintaining accurate work logs
- Delivering a professional, customer-focused service while ensuring information is handled accurately and confidentially
To be successful, you will need:
- Ability to speak Welsh to Level 3, with confidence in everyday conversations and discussions
- Previous experience in a customer-focused role with excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Strong administration skills with excellent attention to detail
- Good IT and keyboard skills, including experience using Microsoft Office and Windows-based systems
- A positive, organised approach with the ability to prioritise workloads, solve problems and work to deadlines
This is a permanent position working full time, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, office-based near Llandudno, annual salary of £28,210 plus an excellent benefits package.
