Customer Service Advisor
Location: Bournemouth, Dorset
Salary: £25,000 per annum (increasing after probation)
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm (+ The occasional Saturday)

Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will report directly to the Customer Service Manager and act as the first point of contact for clients and suppliers. Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Handling incoming telephone enquiries, addressing customer queries efficiently, or directing calls to the correct department.
- Listening to client requirements, providing clear support and advice, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Managing the customer service inbox, responding to emails promptly, or allocating complex queries to relevant internal teams.
- Liaising with suppliers on behalf of clients to resolve queries and ensure smooth communication.
- Updating and maintaining accurate client records, including company names and location changes.
- Monitoring and checking client deliveries, updating purchase orders accordingly.
- Sourcing emergency suppliers when required and verifying their documentation against regulatory standards.
- Escalating complex issues to the Customer Service Manager to ensure swift resolution.
- Assisting the management team with ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks.

While previous office experience is a bonus, it is not essential. We are looking for individuals who possess:
