We're looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our client's growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about creating positive customer experiences and enjoys finding solutions that make a real difference.

The Role

As a key member of the customer service team, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing support, answering queries and ensuring every interaction is handled professionally and efficiently.

You'll work closely with colleagues across the business to resolve enquiries, support new customers through their onboarding journey and build lasting relationships by delivering an exceptional service experience.

What you'll be doing

• Responding to customer enquiries by phone, email and virtual meetings.
• Building positive relationships and providing outstanding customer support.
• Guiding new customers through the onboarding process.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and updating account information.
• Working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
• Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience.
• Managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of service.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer service, customer support or account management role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, customer-first attitude.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
