Customer Service Advisor

We are recruiting for a customer-focused Customer Service Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced service team based in Dartford.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong customer service and coordination experience who is seeking a more measured and supportive working environment.

You will act as the first point of contact for customers, managing customer enquiries, complaints, Arranging delivery dates for customers along with general enquiries.

** Must have Office based Customer Service experience **

Temp - Perm - 13 Weeks

Salary - £14.00ph - £15.86ph

Hours - 40 hours a week, Working 5 days a week out of 7 - Monday to Sunday

This will be on a Rota - Weekdays - 8am-5pm, 9am - 6pm , 10am - 7pm or 11am - 8pm.

Weekends - 8am - 5pm - 2 Weekends out of 3 working either a Saturday or a Sunday.

Permanent Salary - £33,000
