We are looking for a friendly, caring and professional Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Plymouth.

You will be working for a healthcare company that provides essential equipment and support to people living with illness, disabilities and other health conditions. You will be one of the first points of contact for our customers, providing a helpful, reassuring and professional service over the telephone.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling a high volume of inbound telephone calls from customers, patients, healthcare professionals and other organisations.
• Listening carefully to customers and understanding their needs.
• Providing clear, accurate and compassionate information.
• Dealing with enquiries, orders, deliveries and general customer service queries.
• Liaising with internal teams and healthcare professionals to resolve issues.
• Updating customer records and ensuring information is recorded accurately.
• Managing sensitive and sometimes challenging conversations with patience and professionalism.
• Following company procedures and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
• Ensuring every customer receives a positive experience.

• Previous customer service or call-centre experience is desirable, but healthcare experience is not essential.
