Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and helping people find the information and support they need? We're looking for a professional and customer-focused Contact Centre Advisor to join a busy and supportive service team in Milton Keynes.

The Role

As a Contact Centre Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, managing a high volume of enquiries across multiple channels including telephone, email and online platforms. You'll provide accurate information, resolve queries efficiently and deliver an exceptional customer experience at every interaction.

Working within a fast-paced environment, you'll collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to ensure customers receive timely and accurate information regarding services, events, applications and regulatory updates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to high volumes of customer enquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Deliver excellent service while working to agreed service level targets.
  • Provide accurate information on products, services and membership benefits.
  • Support customer retention and growth initiatives, including outbound contact campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and databases.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and data protection requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer queries and provide the best possible outcomes.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Previous customer service or contact centre experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM/database systems.
  • Outstanding organisational and administrative abilities.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • The ability to prioritise workloads and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive, resilient and team-oriented attitude.

Additional Information

  • Based in Milton Keynes, hybrid working.
  • Flexible shift pattern operating between 6:00am and 7:00pm during exam periods.
  • Occasional travel may be required for training and company events.

  • Salary increase to £29,000pa after probation period.
