Customer Service Advisor in Cardiff, South Glamorgan

Customer Service Adviser - 6 months - £13.62 per hour - Cardiff - Starting from end of November

Yolk Recruitment Public Sector is proud to be partnering a leading Welsh organisation who require a team of customer service advisers for a 6 month project. If you have a customer service background, ideally in a contact centre environment this could be ideal for you as your interactions will have a huge impact on the customer journey. This role will have a rotating 4 week pattern between the hours of 08:00-18:00 with no weekends. Please note this role will require a credit check and basic dbs.

What you will be doing:

• Dealing with phone enquiries and establishing whether further action is required
• Completing notes on the in-house system to ensure an accurate log of conversations
• Reaching out to customers via e-mail and letter to provide the relevant information
• Triaging enquiries and escalating when required

What you will bring to the role:

• Good communication skills
• Ability to work across several applications
• An enthusiasm to ensure the right outcome is achieved
• A contact centre background would be advantageous

What you will get in return:

• £13.62 per hour
• 37 hour working week (no weekends and finishing latest 18:00)
• Office based initially and once competent it will become hybrid
• Training provided
