We're recruiting for a Customer Service & After Sales Coordinator to join a growing business in Hove. This is a varied role focused on supporting customers after delivery, investigating issues, coordinating resolutions, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

What You'll Be Doing

• Handling customer calls and emails regarding deliveries, orders and after-sales enquiries
• Investigating and resolving delivery issues, damages, shortages and service-related concerns
• Liaising with logistics providers, warehouses and internal teams to achieve swift resolutions
• Keeping customers informed and managing expectations throughout the process
• Updating CRM systems and maintaining accurate customer records
• Providing first-class customer service and building strong customer relationships

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in customer service, after sales, logistics, order management or complaints handling
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• A proactive problem-solver who enjoys finding solutions
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
