Managing a high volume of calls, emails and admin tasks while maintaining organised workflows.
-
Supporting the Customer Excellence Manager and wider team with general admin and process improvements.

Experience in fast‑paced customer service, customer support or order‑processing roles, ideally within a product‑based environment.
-
Strong telephone skills with a clear, professional manner.
-
High levels of organisation and attention to detail.
-
Ability to manage multiple priorities without compromising accuracy or service.
-
A genuinely customer‑first mindset: helpful, patient and solution‑focused.
-
Good systems skills, including CRM/ERP familiarity and confident use of email; basic Excel is an advantage.
-
Strong communication skills and confidence working with colleagues across sales, warehousing and operations.
REWARD & PROGRESSION
-
Base salary: £30,000.
-
Company‑wide profit share scheme after probation
-
Opportunity to develop within a growing structure, with potential progression into more commercial or internal sales roles for those with the right drive.
