About the role
Working Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, you'll play a key role in supporting export operations and maintaining excellent relationships with customers and stakeholders. You'll be responsible for coordinating bookings, managing vessel allocations, supporting key accounts, and ensuring high standards of customer service throughout the supply chain process.
You will be responsible for:
Managing export operations, including booking creation and shipment coordination
Liaising professionally with customers, carriers, overseas offices, and internal teams
Managing vessel allocations and ensuring operational requirements are met
Supporting key customer accounts and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Preparing quotations, invoicing customers, and updating operational KPIs
Preparing and validating customs-related data and documentation
Proactively resolving issues and ensuring all activities are completed accurately and on time
About you
Experience within logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, or transport operations is preferred. You'll have excellent attention to detail, be comfortable working to deadlines, and possess strong communication skills. You'll be able to work independently while also contributing positively as part of a wider team.
You'll thrive in this role if you're proactive, organised, and have a genuine desire to provide excellent customer service. A positive, can-do attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to perform well in a busy logistics environment are essential. Someone who is collaborative, helpful, and cheerful, and who enjoys building strong relationships with customers and colleagues, will fit perfectly within the team.
