- Processing customer orders accurately using the company ERP system.
- Handling incoming calls professionally, identifying customer needs, providing updates, and upselling where appropriate.
- Managing all customer communication including email, web, live chat, and CRM activity.
- Producing quotations and supporting opportunity management in the CRM system.
- Building strong rapport with customers and collaborating with internal teams to ensure expectations are met.
- A minimum of 1 year working within an office-based Customer Service role.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Confident use of ERP and/or CRM systems.
- Excellent computer skills including MS Word and MS Excel.
- A proactive, determined, forward‑thinking approach to tasks.
