Staffline is recruiting Customer Service Co‑Ordinators in Hull.

The rate of pay is £25,000 to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

This is a full‑time role working Monday to Friday, 42 hours per week, and the hours of work are:

- Monday to Thursday 7:30am to 4:30pm
- Fridays 7:30am to 4pm

Your Time at Work

As our Customer Service Coordinator, you'll become the heartbeat of the Customer Service and Sales support function. Your day will be varied, fast‑paced and genuinely valued across the business.

Key duties:
- Sales Support - Process orders, prepare quotations, send product information and follow up with prospects.
- Customer Enquiry Management - Handle incoming calls, emails and digital enquiries, process orders through Sage, and ensure every customer feels supported.
- Operations Liaison - Communicate with suppliers, couriers and internal teams to keep everything moving.
- General Admin - Manage inboxes, proposals, service agreements, renewals, lead banks and provide EA support when needed.
- SLT Support - Attend meetings, take minutes, build presentations and occasionally support credit control.

- Orders input into Sage within 2 hours
- Customer enquiries responded to within 2 hours
- CRM & Sage records always accurate
- Customers consistently rating the business as one they'd recommend
- Hitting or exceeding CS Team KPIs

- Experience in customer service or credit control is beneficial
