Customer Service Advisor

Location: Dinnington
Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday
Pay: £13.23 P/H
Contract: Temporary ongoing, with an immediate start available

The Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling a variety of enquiries and ensuring every interaction is professional, efficient and positive. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound customer enquiries via telephone and email.
  • Deliver excellent customer service in a busy, fast-paced contact centre environment.
  • Resolve customer queries at the first point of contact wherever possible.
  • Accurately update customer records and document all interactions.
  • Liaise with engineers and internal departments to ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Build positive relationships with customers through professional and empathetic communication.
  • Keep up to date with company products, industry regulations and internal procedures.
We're Looking For
  • Previous customer service or contact centre experience is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive, can-do attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Good IT skills and confidence using multiple systems.
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • A team player with a genuine desire to help customers.
