The Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling a variety of enquiries and ensuring every interaction is professional, efficient and positive.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer enquiries via telephone and email.
- Deliver excellent customer service in a busy, fast-paced contact centre environment.
- Resolve customer queries at the first point of contact wherever possible.
- Accurately update customer records and document all interactions.
- Liaise with engineers and internal departments to ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
- Build positive relationships with customers through professional and empathetic communication.
- Keep up to date with company products, industry regulations and internal procedures.
- Previous customer service or contact centre experience is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, can-do attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Good IT skills and confidence using multiple systems.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- A team player with a genuine desire to help customers.
