Location: Cranleigh (Office-Based)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm
Salary: Circa £37,000 per annum
Contract: 12-month fixed term (Maternity Cover)

This is an excellent opportunity for a Customer Services Executive to join a well-established and growing business on a 12-month maternity cover contract, based in Cranleigh.

This is a hands-on role where you will be involved in the full order journey from initial enquiry through to delivery planning, coordination, and post-delivery follow-up. You will act as the key link between customers, sales, and operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly, accurately, and on time.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer orders from quotation through to completion
- Ensure all order details are accurate before processing
- Set up and maintain customer records within internal systems
- Keep customers updated throughout the order process
- Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth fulfilment
- Check stock availability and support delivery planning
- Book and confirm delivery dates with customers
- Handle inbound communications across phone, email, and other channels
- Manage shared inboxes and ensure timely responses
- Follow up after delivery to confirm receipt and successful unloading

- Experience in customer service, order processing, or a similar fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confident using Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- Calm, professional approach under pressure
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership and see tasks through to completion
