Sales Executive (Customer Service-Led, Inbound Leads)

Salary: Up to £28,500 p.a. FTE ( 4 days will be pro rata) approx 22800

We are looking for a confident, highly organised Sales Executive with GREAT telephone skills to join our clients friendly and professional team in Highbridge. This isn't a typical sales role - it's very much a customer service approach, focused on responding to and following up inbound enquiries generated via their website, marketing activity and other channels.

Reporting to the Senior Sales Executive, you will play a key role in coordinating customer appointments and ensuring an outstanding customer experience from first contact through to post-appointment follow-up.

Working pattern: 4 days per week (Monday to Friday working window) - any 4 days, but Monday and Friday are a must. Hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to incoming sales enquiries via telephone, website, and other channels, ensuring all leads are contacted within 24 hours

  • Arrange complimentary design appointments for customers with our Sales Designers and Trade Partners

  • Follow up with customers after their design consultation to ensure their needs have been met, including managing email surveys

  • Review and manage the company database, reactivating inactive leads where appropriate

  • Handle requests for brochures and paint colour samples

  • Welcome and assist visiting customers, delivering exceptional customer care at all times

  • Liaise closely with Sales Designers and internal colleagues to resolve customer queries

  • Organise factory tours and viewings of completed orangeries, garden rooms, and kitchens

  • Carry out general administrative duties to support the customer service team

  • Assist with periodic mail shots to existing customers

Essential Skills & Experience

  • GREAT telephone skills and a confident, professional manner

  • Strong administration, organisation, and time management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload effectively

  • Good PC literacy and experience using databases and email systems
