Salary: £24,800 - £25,500 p/a + Company-wide discretionary bonus scheme, subject to meeting targets
Hours: 37.5 Hours per Week, 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday
Holidays: 20 (+8 Bank Holidays) - Increasing by one day each year up to 25 days
Contract Type: Permanent

Stafflex are currently recruiting on behalf of a local, friendly and supportive business for a Customer Service & Logistics Administrator. This is a varied role where no two days are the same; combining customer service, administration and logistics coordination in one package, to ensure customers receive a first-class experience from order through to delivery.

Key Duties:

Your role will primarily focus on customer service, while also supporting logistics and wider business operations.

  • Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email.
  • Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Keeping customers updated on orders, deliveries and lead times.
  • Resolving customer queries and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Supporting the coordination of deliveries with suppliers, warehouses and transport providers.
  • Preparing delivery documentation and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assisting with returns, credit notes and replacement orders.
  • Supporting the wider steams with a variety of administrative tasks.
  • Helping identify improvements to customer service and internal processes

Key Requirements:

We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys working with both customers and colleagues.

  • Previous experience in customer service / logistics / operations
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional and friendly approach
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise a busy workload
  • High attention to detail
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
  • A proactive approach to work with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently while also being a supportive team-player.
